At Jimmy Vacuum Cleaners, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home cleaning experience. If your vacuum doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the vacuum and all original accessories, manuals, and filters back into the original manufacturer packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
